Dr.Atarchi and his staff both at Crystal Lake as well as at Elgin showed very nice patient care.I was indeed happy to choose Dental works for my periodontal cosultation.Dr.Atarchi was very nice in explaining the treatment plan that will help me to fix my dental issues. All his staff members including staff at the front desk and billing showed nice patient service. This is just my partial survey report.I had my procedure completed and I am now in my recovery phase.I will come back again and complete my final survry report after recovery and follow up after a month.So far I am indeed pleased with Dr Atarchi,Zaid and his group.Please keep it up " Dental Works"

If I could give zero stars, I would. Front office is terrible. Poor communication, claims to have text to cancel appointments and left messages but nothing on my end, though when they need to call for payment etc. the calls come through? They are dishonest, disorganized, and disrespectful. I would go elsewhere for your dental needs.

Steve the office manager was awesome he found me a sooner appt, the office we normally go to did not help me. My son broke his bracket on his braces and he was very empathetic and understanding. The regular dentist even though she wasn't an orthodontist, she helped my son get relieved from his pain, we are very grateful the entire staff were pleasant and friendly.

Great staff! Very friendly people. You’re greeted by Steve when you arrive. He is fantastic. Dr Babar explained everything and was nothing short of great! Highly recommend!

Hygienist Katie is one of the better ones I've had, but echoing some of what's already been said: they do procedures that are elective. I even asked the front desk my last appointment if they could check my insurance, then got the bill and still saw them. My final visit, the front desk didn't hear the loud door bell, was sitting on his phone a video. I announced myself, he didn't hear, so I sat down. Waited 5 minutes until "Oh, didn't hear ya come in." I laughed and mentioned how loud the doorbell is, and he said "I guess I can't call you, then". ...what? So unprofessional, and that aligns with my experience. Where there's smoke, there's fire. I feel bad for Katie, she truly is a good hygienest that should find a good, family dentistry to work for instead of a big chain of dental care places that outsource everything and have predatory service upselling.
